My family and I came to brunch around 2pm on August 6th. We were heading home to Oklahoma. I ate the beef tips in onions, green beans, Mac and cheese, brisket, corn on the cob and had lemonade to drink. We sat for an hour so my insulin could kick in. I had started to sweat thinking my levels dropped and went to the bathroom within 25 minutes of finishing my plate. I had vomited and diarrhea started. We ended up pulling over every time we seen a bathroom and had to pull into a hotel due to the pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
