06 Jan - 20 Jan 2024Never been ill on holiday before as we careful when we eat, only drink bottled water, don't put my face in the pool.
We both had Severe Diarrhoea, Vomiting & stomach cramps for 2-3 days after going to the Italian ala carte restaurant. We were just started to improve, then got it again 5 days later, after going to the main buffet restaurant which was so bad I couldn't leave the room. Eating at the restaurant felt like Russian roulette.
Reported it to the TUI Rep, but he just wasn't interested. Reported it to RUI, but never got a response.
We heard of others who were sick too.
There was a rat in the Hallway to our room on the second day we were there.
Then there was a Cockroach on the salad bar in the main restaurant on next to last day, so didn't eat in the restaurant after that. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
