Stayed at Hotel Riu Olivia beach over 3 yrs ago and me and my wife had severe sickness and diaorea, why is this still happening in this hotel?If should be closed to guests by now if they cannot get rid of the infection.. Hotel rio olivia | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache

It's not necessarily the hotel. We've been there several times and never had any problems. Last time at Burger King in the next town. Food poisoning with all the trimmings. It's the water there. Not the hotel or Burger King or anything else. The salad is washed off with tap water, you brush your teeth with tap water, etc. That's what happens. It has nothing to do with the hotel. More of a coincidence, because so many people don't care about it.
