Ate from the Speciality Restaurants. Discovered the meat was undercooked/Raw & we have got food poisoning as a result. Management & Staff refused to acknowledge any problems.

Stayed at Hotel Riu Olivia beach over 3 yrs ago and me and my wife had severe sickness and diaorea, why is this still happening in this hotel?

A family member and her friend got sickness and diarrhoea the first week of their holiday, the second week we flew out, I fell ill the 2nd day of the holiday, then my partner, then our little girl. Such a shame as the location is beautiful, but this seems to be a massive problem within the hotel .
