immodium after 24 hours. I reported this on both occasions to Riu by email, and both emails were ignored. I then reported it to Tui and they confirmed it was not an isolated case, the also agreed that they are not happy with the food standards, but no matter how often the complain to Riu management, nothing is ever done about it. We stayed in this hotel which is simply scandalous,: misery hides everywhere, tiles peeling off in the corridors, pieces of glass on the floor, dirty carpets...

establishment. Indeed, many tourists have been victims of food poisoning, including my partner and myself. My companion being also a sea cleaner, he also came to help people who felt unwell due to digestive disorders.
All these signals unfortunately leave no doubt about the non-compliance with hygiene standards, and you should act urgently to carry out a strict health check in this establishment which practices all inclusive and endangers stays.

We are at present ( 28th Feb )with my wife being sick. Vomiting yellow vomit. We both eaten same food except 1 meal. She's been really poorly . Talking to others who reportedly have been sick recently or know if others. Tui ( Europe) need to get a grip of this . Its not just tui UK here.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Holiday from 7/2/24 to14/2/24. My husband started vomiting and diarrhoea so bad an ambulance was called he was hospitalised. I started the next day just vomiting then my sister started 4 hours later. We never left resort. Whatever we got was from this hotel  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
