I arrived at the hotel on 25 Feb 24 and was struck down between 27th-28th and again between 5th-6th March. Exact same symptoms on both occasions. I isolated myself to my room both time for 48 hours, only drinking bottled water from the local supermarket, and taking immodium after 24 hours. I reported this on both occasions to Riu by email, and both emails were ignored. I then reported it to Tui and they confirmed it was not an isolated case, the also agreed that they are not happy with the food standards, but no matter how often the complain to Riu management, nothing is ever done about it. It is only a matter of time before someone becomes seriously ill. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
