Arrived July 3rd 2022 and started developing symptoms on July 5th. Nauseous, feeling dizzy, stomach cramps and a fever. When we mentioned the symptoms to a staff member he replied “people drink and eat too much and it is part of being on vacation. I worked in Las Vegas and have seen this daily’. So was our fault for getting food poisoning from this super expensive hotel that claims to be so hygienic and concerned about health! Will never come here again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Gas, Dizziness

My husband had the same symptoms. We were at Hotel Xcaret from June 19th-June 26th. My husband was diagnosed with extremely low potassium and also salmonella poisoning. He is just now starting to feel better. The hotel isn’t acknowledging anybody’s claims about being sick.
We were there days apart . I also have dizziness that will not go away. Extremely high fevers .
We were there July 7-10, 2022 . My husband and I both had fevers for 3 days . Vomiting , severe headache with eye pressure and shortness of breath. We visited the hotel and parks of xcaret. And are still recovering we are not back to health yet. Have a nagging cough and extreme dizziness. How can we all Connect we need to know what happened .
