Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

Onset: 12 to 24 hours
Duration: Several days
Sick: 6 people
Additional information: The group ate at various onsite restaurants. 9 family members, 6 got ill within 12 hours to 5 days after arrival. 1 near hospitalization due to preexisting condition. Rquested bottled water was either late to be delivered or never delivered. Beautiful place with horrible sanitation, medical situation minimized. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
