I ate a specialty pizza last Tuesday. It had ham, onion, bell pepper & ham on it. Myself and one other person were the only ones to eat this pizza out of a household of 6. By Thursday night I was already having diarrhea. By Friday morning I was already going to the ER from such horrific abdominal pain. I recieved a stool test, blood work, and a CT scan. Stool sample revealed I had salmonella poisoning. By Saturday morning I was back in the ER for severe dehydration, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
