I got sick from only the Hungry man grilled beef patty meal. I felt nauseous. I don't know if I was already worried about it or not. But I'm pretty sure it didn't agree with me, and I felt nauseous, Everything else seems to agree with me just fine. Then I threw up this morning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
