Bought shop rite brand coffee and chocolate ice cream. Got sick @ 11:30pm few hours after ingestion. Still vomiting at 4:50am. Trying to drink sips of water to stay hydrated, but it keeps coming right up. Last vomited at 530 am clear liquid. Feel asleep 630an up again 7am to pee drank some water slept to 930am extremely thirsty. Extremely sore stomach and neck muscles. Will get up and sip some warm water. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain, Chills
