Yesterday I ordered a sushi platter of teriyaki chicken, tuna and peking duck. The teriyaki tasted off, it felt dry and tough. The next morning I woke up 5:00am with the urge to go to the toilet, I sat on the toilet and had painful diarrhoea whilst my bladder urinated for longer than a minute. After that I felt feverish and nauseous and my muscles were tense. I’m currently still laying in bed sickly. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever
