Pancake Breakfast Illness Outbreak - IHOP, San Antonio Texas

Went here Sunday Jan 31 2021 around noon. This is the only thing we ate that day which was breakfast items such as eggs pancakes sausage hash brown. Later that evening we developed vomiting and headaches. This las test till Wednesday feb 3 2021. Four of us got sick for ages 1-25 years. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Headache
