Chicken & Waffles Illness - IHOP, Matthews North Carolina

October 30,2023 Got sick from a meal at IHOP, I had chicken and waffles. I alerted the waitress that the chicken was not good after tasting it and that it appeared to be extremely hard, possibly old. After leaving sometime later, I began to get very nauseous and have pains under my ribs. Your stomach by the time I was reaching my residence I was breaking out in a sweat soon after I vomited profusely. I also was having diarrhea and chills and getting hot the next morning. I made an doctors appointment. I reached out to the manager at the location. I was told someone would reach out to me have not heard from that responsible individual as of yet. I have missed several days from work. Very concerned not happy at all. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills, Vomiting, Sweating
