Minestrone Soup Illness Mystery - IHOP, Aurora Colorado

I asked to talk to the manager because the service was so good! I pray this isn't where I got food poisoning but it is indeed the only thing I did different than my average day. I had minestrone soup with chicken avocado salad and it was early for lunch, around 10:30. That night I had the most severe pain, cramping and movement through intestines followed by diarrhea and water. This went on every 1-2 minutes for 2 hours, it was like having a baby but out the other end. I am scared to eat anything at my house, I never want to feel that way again and if there are no other reports I can assume it's from something else. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
