Ate what was supposed to be chicken Florentine crepes but it was made completely wrong the only thing in it was onions and chicken and cheese which onions don’t go in it spinach does. And that’s the only thing I’ve eaten that could have caused this. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
