Ihop is the only thing i ate yesterday. I had half a big steak omelette with no cheese aroundc11 andcrefrigerated the other half. Felt a little nauseous around 2 and thought i hadn't eaten enough so i finished it. Was almost too dizzy to drive home an hour later nausea and dizziness all night, vomiting profusely, Cosby keep even fluids down. Still dizzy and nausea when walking or up, but can move around and hold down bland food now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Dizziness
