Chicken cordon bleu with veggies, no potatoes, no gravy, side salad, and a roll. Ate around 6pm, woke up with diarrhea. Have had severe diarrhea for 2 days. No vomiting, but stomach cramping and a bit of nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
