Me and 1 other shared a plate of Meatballs (with Gravy), Mashed Potato’s, Peas, Cranberry Sauce and an order of Potato Pancakes. Order was placed around Noon yesterday (January 30th).

First sign of sickness was around 7:30pm the same day. Have been bedridden and experiencing all the above symptoms for almost 12 hours now (it is 5:30am, January 31) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
