Fiance and I had lunch here on July 3. We both had salad, she had the Swedish meatball plate and I had the salmon plate. She started having stomach cramps a few hours after that led to nausea, vomiting, a fever peaking at 101.3F, diarrhea, and fatigue. Some relief occured after the initial vomiting and clearing the food out of her system. Symptoms gradually improved but are still mildly present after 5 days. No blood present in either stool or vomit. I have experienced no symptoms both after the initial meal and subsequently cleaning up after her. Upon reviewing where, when, and what we ate (and any potential exposures elsewhere), the meatball plate from here seems the most likely culprit. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Fatigue, Bloody Stool
