I had the meatballs gravy and mash and garlic bread on Sunday 19th May lunch time. My husband had the lamb shanks and is fine. My symptoms started with reflux a couple of hours after eating then later that night with a fever and nausea about 9:30 pm and night sweats. Sulphur smelling burps and crippling stomach cramps started about 3:30am then very severe diarrhoea, and vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Night Sweats, Cramps, Fever, Burping, Acid reflux, Sweating
