Sunday August 12th around 330pm. The only food I ate that day. Double/double fries and chocolate shake. Within an hour after eating I had extreme stomach pain followed by diarrhea 4 times an hour until about 4 am..a very bad sleepless night and missing work today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
