Undercooked Burger Illness - In-N-Out, Yucaipa California

2 years ago reported by user-kktn5883 business

In-N-Out Burger, Avenue E, Yucaipa, CA, USA

31465 Avenue E, Yucaipa, 92399 California, United States

I ate an undercooked burger from here. I had already eaten half of it before realizing it was close to raw!!! Everyone else in my group had theirs well done, so they didn’t get sick. I don’t know why they allowed undercooked burgers to that degree to leave the restaurant. I know they were having a dinner rush, but that’s no excuse to cut safety. They needs to make sure safety is still held with high integrity and ethics, regardless of trying to meet the demands of high volume meal rushes. It happened on Sunday, May 1st was when I got sick, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating

Same thing happened to me and my family at this exact location about 3 years ago, to top it off it was the day before thanksgiving! I agree 100% with you about the food safety protocol regardless of how busy it was.
