I use to be a butcher for in n out burger for 5 years. Let me tell you the meat is not as big on quality as you all think. In n out does not cook the meat all the way leaving the high possibility of getting sick. In early 2000s a 7 year old girl almost died from the meat that was contaminated. In n out was affected by covid so bad that in n out started buying grounded beef instead of them deboning the meat themselves, this is currently unknown to the public because in n out is so private they even refuse to answer any calls, emails requesting to revealing everything they use. In n out received a f rating for meat quality because they use antibiotics in the meat even if the cow is not sick. I worked in the meat dep for 5 years you will be surprised by the things that happen in the company.
