I ate a cheeseburger, small fries with ketchup, and water. One day later I started having stomach pains and was belching. A couple hours later, I had diarrhea just clear liquid like water and then threw up (A LOT). I felt dizzy and very weak the whole night. I went to sleep really early that night, as I couldn't keep water or anything down. It's now the next day and I still have diarrhea and some stomach pains with a huge headache. Can keep liquids down now but immediately need to go to the bathroom with diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Burping
