I ate a double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and strawberry shake from the newer In-N-Out in National City (on Plaza Blvd) Tuesday night around 10pm 04/14/2026 a few hours later I woke up with severe abdominal cramping, nausea, diarrhea. It developed to worse abdominal pain, fever, chills, body aches, diarrhea, vomiting. This was the only meal I had since 9am. I’m a new mom breastfeeding my baby and was so sick I couldn’t even feed or take care of my baby, let alone leave the bathroom. I had to have a family member emergently come help me. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Fever, Body Ache
