Nausea After Cheeseburger Meal - In-N-Out, Modesto California

My boyfriend and I ate around 2 pm on 12/22/18. I got the cheeseburger meal and he got a 4x4 meal with a strawberry milkshake. I first noticed the signs about 2 hours later. I was extremely nauseous and dizzy. I eventually threw up around 6 pm the same and haven’t stopped. My boyfriends symptoms started around midnight though. We’re both throwing up constantly and extremely dizzy. He wants to sue but I told him it wasn’t worth it. However we’re definitely never going to any In N Out again, it used to be our favorite restaurant. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
