Solo Illness Post-Burger Meal - In-N-Out, El Centro California

Stopped at In and Out on my way from Yuma to San Diego at approximately 1:00 on 5/7/17. I ordered a burger animal style, no tomato, and fries. My husband ordered a double double, Ketchup only and fries. It was the only thing I had to eat that day. By midnight, I had severe cramping, and nausea. By 4am I was vomiting and had diarrhea. The symptoms subsided after roughly 12 hours. My husband never became ill. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
