Ate there right b4 closing, about 15mins after finished my 4kids,myself&wife all had 2vomit,as the night progressed we all had 2deal with explosive diarrhea, and this hapnd 2us all years ago &it took many years 4us 2trust goin back, but the sad part is I always ask 2have ALL our burgers cooked for at least 12minutes minimum, normally they make the effort 95% of the time they NEVER ever cook it as long as we ask, we've even gone as far as 2ask them 2let us know when they've started cooking our patties&they think it's a joke, I even complained to corporate numerous times only 2get the we're sorry your experience wasn't good but here's good vouchers for another time AND those vouchers aren't even worth what I paid for 6adults 2eat out at thier restaurant. I'm completely done with them, management obviously doesn't really care about it's customers and here we are proud they are a Christian based company(they've kept john3:16 printed on the bottom of every cup they sell since 4ever) I grew up on this place &am extremely saddened we have this problem over&over at many so cal&Las Vegas locations, I'd stay a loyal customer only if they wld treat my request to cook the meat for at least 12mins long but no more than 18mins then it's just a burnt hockey puck inedible, plz owners listen 2us customers &fix this problem, we love your food but hate getn sick from meat that is still pink inside from how you ordinarily cook it, thank u6adults all had the double single combo with grilled onions, fries&coke, nothing else we started getn sick about 10-20mins after done eating our meal, store manager did nothing, not even a refund, we were told "just call the hotline someone is there 24-7 for you" no apology just a bunch of hidden faces laughing at us as we left, really?! Who acts like this? That pisses me off &is absolutely unexceptable | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
