Around the 10:00pm, I got a number two with no tomato and a medium Dr. Pepper. Everything tasted fine while I was eating, until I had the very last bite of lettuce. I could tell it was not fresh. I woke up around 1:30am to extreme gas and a salivating mouth. I threw up the whole burger and made constant trips to the bathroom with diarrhea until 4:30am. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
