Severe Reaction After Burger - In-N-Out, Los Angeles California

Venice drive thru. Two hamburgers, fries no salt. Small coke. Late lunch.
5-6pm. Convulsions, acid buildup, diarrhea, an hour to an hour and a half later. Tried to sleep they the night.
Condition worsened. Went to doc Monday. He did a battery of tests.
Still bedridden Tuesday afternoon as I write this. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
