Triple Burger Illness - In-N-Out, Las Vegas Nevada

We ordered 3 double doubles with grilled onions added around 10pm, and all 3 of us got sick. Symptoms showed in about 3 hours. We all had urgent diarrhea, and stomach cramps that woke us up in the middle of the night. We did not eat anything out of the ordinary except for here.
