Had dinner at Inn and Out. Around 7 pm, ate nothing for 8 hrs before, and nothing after. Woke up with diarrhea , vomiting and fever. Still sick 24 hrs later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
