got food to go December 27, 2013 at night. went to sleep @ 4 hours later with severe vomiting and diarrhea all night long. it's the next day and am still super nauseous and week. I think it was either the meat or lettuce and tomato weren't washed properly. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
