In-N-Out
Went with my brother to get some quick dinner. My order number was 82 his was 85. I got a number 2 no onion and animal fries with a coke to go.
I live only 2 miles from the In N Out.
This was at 6pm. 9pm comes around and having diarrhea, sweating, throwing up.
Currently on the toilet for the second time in 30 min | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
