We went with my partner to the Saona Island tour which includes buffet food service. Upon returning to the hotel my partner began to feel very sick, vomiting, diarrhea, fever... a lot of decay, chills. All symptoms associated with poisoning.Everything beautiful about the tour was ruined by this situation | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills

I'm experiencing really bad diarrhoea, stomach pain and low body temperatures (less than 35.5 degrees). Visited Saona Island on Wed 19th, started feeling unwell the day after. Unclear on where I got it but could be on Saona Island. My partner is not experiencing this, the only different food I ate was eggplant/aubergine. Did you have this by any chance?
