We went with my partner to the Saona Island tour which includes buffet food service. Upon returning to the hotel my partner began to feel very sick, vomiting, diarrhea, fever... a lot of decay, chills. All symptoms associated with poisoning.

Sea side buffet with the meat served at low temperature. Myself and kids ended up with diarrhoea which near a week later is persisting. This was a part of a marine excursion
