Severe Vomiting After Breakfast - J. Christopher's, Marietta Georgia

I ate lunch at J. Christopher's around 1220pm on Wednesday, January 23rd 2019. I ordered a breakfast meal that included scrambled eggs, bacon, country potatoes, and an English muffin. My coworker joined me for lunch and ordered a meal with pancakes and a side of bacon. We found nothing amiss with the meal and ate everything before returning to work. At around 6pm on the 23rd, I started feeling very nauseous, but I assumed it was from my workout. My nausea continued to worsen until enough that I took some pepto bismol and went to bed around 10pm. I awoke at 1150 with an intense urge to vomit, and rushed to the bathroom. I spent the next 30 minutes huddled over the toilet puking. I then laid on my floor with severe stomach cramps and bloating, and got up to vomit again after 15 minutes. At approximately 1am, i laid in the bathtub and took a shower. I vomited again around 140am, ams started to feel feverish and weak. I crawled to my bed and rested until 4am, when I urgently needed to go to the bathroom. I used the toilet for 30 mins and took another shower. At approximately 530am,I called my boss to let him know I was sick and wouldn't be coming in to work. He then told me tbar my coworker (that had eaten lunch with me the day before) had also called in sick because she was admitted to the ER for severe vomiting and diarrhea. I have spent all day today in and out of consciousness, taking medicine, and sipping water. I still have diarrhea, but i'm no longer vomiting. I took a fever reducer and it helped take the stomach pain away. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating, Stomach Pain, Weakness
