In the front of the restaurant underneath the front reach in cooler on floor found six droppings on floor, five rodent droppings underneath the back room sink on floor, two droppings underneath back room shelf where dishes are stored on floor, three droppings underneath freezer on floor, four droppings found near backdrop storage area on floor under crates, more than five droppings found inside pages of EcoLab book near back door exit. Employees began cleaning.
High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Three live flies in kitchen area.
