Ate two monster tacos with lettuce with Dr Pepper at around 6pm on Monday (11/19/2018). Returned home. Immediately ate and then went to bed. Awoke at 3am a stomach was cramping and feeling nauseous. I ate some Yogurt to calm stomach. Lated in bed for 30 minutes and continued to get worse. By 345am I had severe diarrhea. Then started vomiting. Body aches, head ache, and chills ensued. Diarrhea and vomiting at same time by 6am. By 8am, vomiting only bile. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Body Ache, Cramps, Chills, Bile
