I ordered two tacos and a teriyaki bowl. My mom got tacos as well but is feeling fine, so it leads me to believe that the reason I’m sick is because of the bowl. I ate at about 8pm and was awoken by immediate watery stool x4 and the vomit x2. I’m currently suffering from chills/body sweats, nausea and my whole body is in pain right. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating, Body Ache
