Jack in the Box
Ordered portobello mushroom, soda and fries around midnight. Around 7-8 AM I was really nauseous, had diarrhea and headache. And this was only after eating half of the burger. I ate the other half later that day for dinner and woke up in the middle of the night with the same symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
