2484 South Cities Service Highway, Sulphur, 70665 Louisiana, United States

At 7:00 am on 2/8/15 I ate a extreme sausage sandwich meal and at 1:00 pm I had the Double Jack Meal with regular fries. Symptoms kicked in about 6 pm. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
