Pregnant, Ill After Fast Food - Jack in the Box, Glendale Arizona

I ordered curly fries and an oreo shake from Jack in the box at 9 PM on October 13, 2025. I am currently 18 weeks pregnant. I consumed my food by 10 PM. At 3 AM I woke up violently ill and ran to the bathroom to throw up. I started having hot chills and diarrhea and began to feel very weak. I went back to bed and woke up again at 6 AM and threw up more. I have been throwing up all day and have had inconsistent bowel movements throughout the day. I have also had both stomach and back pain frequently through the day accompanied by a severe headache. I can’t keep any food or water down.
