On Dec. 26, 2025 at approximately 6:45AM, I picked up and ate my Spicy chicken with cheese meal. Something tasted off about the sandwich and the Dr. Pepper. I didn't eat anything else all day. I started feeling nasiated and having stomach pains around 6:00PM. Then, around 7:00PM, I drank some water and within minutes I started vomiting up the sandwich and had diarrea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
