At 1155PM on Tuesday Oct. 30 2018 ordered Jacks Munchie Meal. Ordered the stacked grill cheese burger. By 200AM was feeling nauseous. 230am had diarrhea. 330am was still nauseous and at 400am vomited. At this time 500am still nauseous. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
