Ordered jack in the box and when I got home (2 mi away) ALL of the food was cold none of the cheese was even remotely melted and the fries were rock hard from being double fried . Couldn't go back because they were closed and seeing as we were hungry tried to eat the food anyways and got sick. Talked to the manager Lucia and she refused to do anything to make it right. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
