Taco Illness: Severe Symptoms - Jack in the Box, Houston Texas

I ordered 2 monster tacos and 3 egg rolls. After only eating one of my tacos, I immediately felt nauseous and threw up. About 10 mins it’s later, I got diarrhea, fever, headache, and that was on top of the vomiting. I had to go to the doctor, and he ultimately ruled it out as food poisoning. I missed a day of work, and my medicines were very expensive. I was so disappointed in this location because there has never been a problem like this, but I will no longer purchase my food from the jack in the box. Who knows how long that food was sitting out under a light all day. Very disappointed. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
