I only went because McDonald’s stopped serving breakfast at noon. I’m on the toilet as I type this. Less than 12 hours ago I had an Extreme Sausage Sandwich meal with a coffee. I started feeling the wigglies and squeals happening in my intestines soon after eating, but I’m just now crapping my brains out. It’s painful and fiery and I’m nauseous.
