Got the barbeque chees burger meal and after 4 hours i started vomiting and having sever diarrhea went to the er and sure enough i god food poisoning and that was the only thing i eat for the entire dayI had a sandwich at Jack and the Box on 75th Avenue cactus in Peoria Arizona the sandwich I got was the barbecue cheeseburger and I got fries and a drink with it I ate the burger and after 4 to 5 hours I started having severe diarrhea with vomiting I got so dehydrated that I could not see straight I can't drink water I can't eat my blood pressure Skyrocket my heartbeat went very high I went to the ER and I got diagnosis with food poisoning because of a toxins . that sandwich from that restaurant was the only thing that I ate all day so it is a hundred percent their fault | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
